Design Process:
I will like to first get to know the homeowners’ design and aesthetic requirements. From there on I will try to understand their pain points and come up with solutions in the proposal.
How long would it take to receive the quotation or design proposal?
The design proposal will be ready within 1-2 weeks after First Consultation.
Is there a respective design fee apart from the construction quotation?
No.
Will the homeowners be liaising with you throughout the entire process of the project?
I will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries, including managing the project.
How will the shopping process for furniture/fittings and materials take place?
I will be accompanying homeowners for the respective shopping processes, including shopping for materials, furniture, and fittings. I will also be able to provide advice via text.

Kudos
to Team design plus we are glad we engaged Jacky ! We have moved into
our new house for 1 mth and everyone who has visited us is full of
praise ! He is patient and willing to listen to us , I show him many
videos and he will explain if it is practical or doable he will try to
enhance the idea or give the best solution. He is also quick to respond
to our needs and of course every project definitely has some hiccups
here n there nothing is perfect but he is able to rectify
the issues immediately. Most importantly we have very tight schedule
for the renovation job as we are doing contra and he is able to meet
deadlines even when we push forward our moving date Jacky has the can do
spirit and he provided us with prompt update there is no need for us to
chase him for update. Overall, it was a breeze to work with Jacky !
